Sun, a Licensed New Mexico Attorney at Law, is an expert in business development, human resources, technology, revenue cycle management, risk management, and contract development, executive, and oversight. She currently leads agency-wide operations and management, execution of strategic initiatives, and oversight of agency performance.

Lorraine R. Freedle, PhD, LCSW, Chief Clinical Officer
30+ years of Clinical Practice

Lorraine is a licensed clinical social worker and psychologist with decades of experience working in behavioral health serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. She also holds many credentials including: Board-certified social worker (ACSW), pediatric and school neuropsychologist (ABPdN, ABSNP), and sandplay therapist/ teacher (STA/ISST).

Omar A. Vega, LPCC, LED, LSP, Chief of Clinical Operations
20+ years of Clinical Practice

Omar is a mental health counselor, school psychologist, and educational diagnostician licensed in New Mexico serving children, adolescents, and families statewide. He is also a Diplomate through the American Board of School Neuropsychology (ABSNP).

Christopher Lucero, Family Support Services Director
15+ years of Community Behavioral Health Experience

Chris enjoys working in recovery, addiction, and family support. He leads our child, adolescent, and family community-based services statewide. He is a community leader and advocate at regional and local levels.

LeRoy Dee Golden, Director of Information Technology
20+ years of Social Service Experience

With almost 25 years in Information Technology and Marketing, Dee has worked closely with dozens of social service agencies in multiple states with a focus on IT management and Electronic Health Records. His mission for TeamBuilders’ IT department is to Empower Staff and Enhance Service delivery.
